For those within the city this is the year to make positive change. Vote NO on Prop 400 NO more Home Rule , its a open checkbook for the city. They can spend as much money as they want. VOTE NO on HOME RULE.

Spread the word let all your friends and neighbors know to vote NO on Home Rule, have them also spread the word.
